On the 16th of August 2025 The Fat Duck will celebrate its 30th birthday. Heston is inspired, the chefs are excited and the front of house is raring to go, and we want you to join us on a journey into Hestonland – a place full of exceptional cooking, extraordinary flavours and excitingly, deliciously different dishes from the foremost gastronomic magician.
There are two routes for exploration:
The Journey, the fullest exploration into Hestonland and the gastronomic delights that await.
The Trip, a whistle-stop tour for those who wish to enjoy all the sights of Hestonland in a shorter timescale.
Each will take you somewhere surprising, stimulating the tastebuds and the imagination.
