Alongside a new version of The Journey tasting menu, the seasonal à la carte menus will feature four starters, four mains, and a trio of desserts, including several of Heston’s most iconic dishes, which will be served for the final time at the restaurant.
A fantastic opportunity for guests to explore The Fat Duck in their own way, and either finally taste things they’ve only read about, or enjoy an extraordinary moment of nostalgic gastronomy.
