The Fat Duck Exceptional Wine Experience

26 February 2026

An exciting new series begins with an exploration of the remarkable versatility of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, expressed not only through terroir, but through texture.

We invite you to the very first in a series of special wine experiences at The Fat Duck - an afternoon where you will get the chance to enjoy rare bottles from The Fat Duck’s world-class cellar alongside some of Heston Blumenthal’s most famous and original dishes, which don’t always feature on the menu, including Snail Porridge, Best End of Lamb and B.S.T. Blumenthal's Summer Time. Each will be paired with wines chosen by our expert sommeliers.

To start proceedings with style (and effervescence), the afternoon will begin with a guided Champagne tasting from Delamotte, followed by the specially curated four-course Fat Duck menu, bringing once more to the table some of Heston’s most renowned modern classics.
