From The Fat Duck development kitchen to your Easter table

09 March 2026

In the curious world of The Fat Duck development kitchen, our chefs are constantly experimenting and dreaming up fun-tastical treats for the online shop so you can bring a little piece of food magic home.

Our latest restock introduces our newest creation, the Chicken & Egg Bar.

Inspired by an 1890s Rowntree’s confection, Heston previously set about introducing beef to a chocolate bar to create something deeply flavourful and delicious, and the marvellous Moos Bar was born.

But he and the team wondered, why stop there?

What if a chocolate bar could also capture the rich, silky savouriness of roast chicken alongside the irresistible texture of its crispy skin?

Just in time for Easter, we present a bar enhanced with chicken caramelnougat made with egg yolk, and chocolate crunch with crispy chicken skin. It is a playful sweet-and-savoury creation that is unmistakably Fat Duck.

Alongside this latest invention, you will also find some of our customers’ favourites back in stock, including Soft Edible Wrapper CaramelsQuantum PastillesMoos Bar, and the Mini Planet Heston’s Playbook.

We have also included a selection of non-edible pieces from The Fat Duck, including an apronnapkins, and a 30th Anniversary badge, perfect for devoted fans.

And for your Easter celebrations, our sommelier has selected a trio of English sparkling wines, ideal for sharing with friends and family around the table.
